沙茶酱炒河粉
广东人喜欢吃河粉和北方人喜欢吃面食一样。几乎每家每户都会做不同料理的河粉,炒河粉、煮汤河粉、蒸河粉、横沥汤粉的主料也是河粉~~~今天我做的这个沙茶酱炒河粉、很多港式茶餐厅都有这道美食。做法简单,十分钟内便可享用~~

  • 河粉500克
  • 猪瘦肉100克
  • 韭黄1小把
  • 蚝油1汤匙
  • 沙茶酱3汤匙
  • 鸡粉少许
  • 生抽1汤匙
  • 生粉少许

Steps to make 沙茶酱炒河粉

  • 1.河粉拆开包装,(市场里有散卖的河粉也一样)用一个盆子盛起,用筷子划散。韭黄洗净沥干水,切段。
  • 2.瘦肉切片、放鸡粉、生抽、生粉、搅拌均匀腌制一下。
  • 3.锅里烧热油,保持大火将瘦肉片爆炒至9成熟。
  • 4.倒下河粉、加少许蚝油、生抽翻炒一会、再放下韭黄段、沙茶酱、用手端起平底锅上下翻动均匀即可。
  • 5.好了~~香喷喷的河粉马上享用!
