Steps to make 【兔子爱厨房·中秋家宴】爆炒花蛤

  • 1.吐好泥的花蛤洗净备用。
  • 2.蒜和葱切段,蒜白葱白都分别放到一边,姜切片、蒜瓣拍碎,紫苏只取叶子切细。
  • 3.炒锅烧热后加入两勺食用油,油烧热后放入姜、蒜米、辣椒米,爆香。
  • 4.在加入葱白、蒜白,炒两下。
  • 5.倒入花蛤翻炒两下,倒入料酒继续翻炒两下。
  • 6.盖上锅盖,记得保持大火哦,等花蛤的壳陆续打开2/3的数量时,把锅盖揭开。
  • 7.调入蚝油,翻炒均匀。
  • 8.加入紫苏、蒜叶、葱叶翻炒。
  • 9.半分钟即可起锅哦,蚝油本身含盐,且花蛤非常容易入味,不用额外加盐哦。
  • 10.搞定,趁热开动。
