吞拿鱼派(Tunafish Pie)
这个派是我少有的非常喜欢的之一,
由于不喜吃鱼,
所以任何鱼类料理在我这里都是dead end...

但是油浸的鱼罐头却是我的最爱之一,
很矛盾的口味,
自己也很不理解~

嫌弃鱼腥味,
或者对鱼特别钟爱的,
这是一款非常好的待客料理哦~

  • 泡打粉1tsp
  • 面粉2dl
  • 蒜头1瓣
  • 黄油1dl
  • 1/2tsp
  • 吞拿鱼2dl
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 小茴香2
  • 1/2tsp
  • 蒜头1瓣
  • 芝士1至2dl
  • 牛奶2dl

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.黄油融化,倒入材料1中。
  • 3.主料混合成团。
  • 4.铺在烤盘底部。
  • 5.配料中吞拿鱼,芝士,还有小茴香洒在表面。
  • 6.其余配料混合。
  • 7.倒入烤盘。
  • 8.入烤箱用225度烤制30分钟即可。
