我们当地的,要9月1号以后。相比我们渤海湾的野生的海虾,南方这个虾,虾外皮比较软,口感也稍微绵软一些。

  • 青柠檬1个
  • 大蒜几瓣
  • 香葱小许
  • 子姜一块
  • 小米辣3个

  • 1.野生海虾。
  • 2.处理干净,冷水下锅,放葱和料酒。
  • 3.盖锅盖。
  • 4.煮熟。
  • 5.捞出放冰纯净水里,如果是冰水混合物更好。
  • 6.葱姜等洗净。
  • 7.改刀。
  • 8.放容器里,放蚝油。
  • 9.放食盐和鸡精。
  • 10.放生抽。
  • 11.放海鲜捞汁,拌匀。
  • 12.放虾拌匀即可。
