  • 1.热锅放水和姜片.水滚后放排骨去血水个腥味 不用太久不然会老
  • 2.热油把姜片炒一下
  • 3.倒入排骨煎.依然不用太久.
  • 4.倒入料酒 生抽 白醋和糖继续翻炒
  • 5.翻热水小火焖!放入八角一起焖.这样会香点
  • 6.差不多时间可以选择倒入老抽调色.这样颜色就很好看了~然后放入白芝麻继续超一下
  • 7.最后大火收汁就可以上盘啦~
