时间过的真快!不知不觉春节将至,又到蒸枣花馒头的时候了。不知道从什么时候开始,蒸枣花馒头成了过年必不可少的项目之一,也许是老一辈留下的传统,也许是盼望着新的一年如枣花馒头一样步步登高,日子越过越好,越来越甜!

Steps to make 枣花馒头

  • 1.把面粉放入盆中,倒入发酵粉搅拌均匀。
  • 2.边倒入清水边搅拌成面絮状。
  • 3.下手把面揉成光滑的面团,盖上盖帘放到温暖处发酵。
  • 4.夏天发酵时间短,冬天时间长,用了三个多小时。
  • 5.把发酵好的面放到案板上,揉搓排气。
  • 6.搓成长条,切一块比馒头大的面团。
  • 7.用擀面杖把它擀成厚的饼。
  • 8.用刀叉在面皮周圈按上纹理。
  • 9.用刀在每一个纹理中间切开。
  • 10.用手把切开的面皮捏起来。
  • 11.把擀好的长条用手按扁。
  • 12.拿刀切成母指肚宽的面块。
  • 13.撒上面粉防止粘连。
  • 14.用一把从未用过的小梳子,把面块按上花纹。
  • 15.从中间对折。
  • 16.把红枣放到中间,两头捏起来。
  • 17.多做一些备用。
  • 18.做好的面皮放到油纸上,上锅蒸的时候容易拿起来。第一张面皮的摆法。
  • 19.再铺上第二张面皮,照第一层摆上枣坯。
  • 20.擀三个饺子皮。
  • 21.放上两颗小枣。
  • 22.用手从中间捏起来。
  • 23.用筷子把它们夹在一起。
  • 24.放到面皮的最上面,中间再放入一棵小枣。
  • 25.放入锅中醒发半小时,然后开大火上汽蒸45分钟,蒸好后再焖两分钟开锅。
  • 26.漂亮的枣花馒头不仅为春节带来喜庆,也为餐桌增添色彩!
