  • 披萨酱2大匙
  • 黑胡椒粉半茶匙

  • 淀粉1汤匙

Steps to make 欧陆风情鲍菇培根披萨

  • 1.将除黄油以外的材料放在一起,和成表面稍光滑的面团,之后加入黄油,继续揉面。
  • 2.面团揉至表面光滑即可。
  • 3.将面团放在温暖的地方进行发酵。发酵至原来的两倍大即可。
  • 4.准备披萨酱。番茄去皮和洋葱、蒜,统统切末,锅中到入适量的橄榄油,下入洋葱和蒜慢慢炒香,之后加入番茄,慢慢炒至番茄出汤汁,之后加入番茄沙司,搅拌均匀,慢慢熬煮至浓稠,最后加入黑胡椒粉调味即可。方法很简单,我在这里就不加步骤图了。
  • 5.土豆去皮蒸熟之后,按压成土豆泥,之后加入黑胡椒粉、糖、盐和淀粉拌匀。成薯蓉。将做好的薯蓉压扁成饼,切粒备用。
  • 6.培根切大丁。杏鲍菇切片。圣女果切块。青椒切丁。
  • 7.锅中放入少许的黄油,放入切好的杏鲍菇,煎一下。目的是让杏鲍菇变软,煎掉多余的水分。
  • 8.奶酪擦丝。
  • 9.发酵好的面团取出,擀成比披萨盘大一圈的圆饼。
  • 10.放入披萨盘中。
  • 11.饼边摆上一圈香肠。
  • 12.以花边的样子包起来。用叉子在上面扎满小孔。
  • 13.抹上一层披萨酱。
  • 14.再撒上一层粗奶酪丝。
  • 15.之后依次放上杏鲍菇、培根、薯蓉、青椒和圣女果,最后再放上一层细奶酪丝。(中间可再加一层奶酪丝)
  • 16.烤箱预热190度。20分钟。在烤制到14分钟的时候,取出披萨将剩下的奶酪丝全部放进去继续烘烤。
  • 17.20分钟到了。香喷喷的披萨出炉了。
