爽口辣白菜
辣白菜是一种朝鲜族的传统发酵食品,特点是辣,脆、酸、甜,色白带红,四季皆宜。通常和米饭一起食用。炎炎夏日,怎么能没有辣白菜的陪伴呢!!

Steps to make 爽口辣白菜

  • 1.白菜洗净,从底部切一刀,然后掰开,两颗白菜分成四瓣
  • 2.把每片白菜叶子都抹盐
  • 3.盐撒好厚,可以在上面压个重点的东西,腌两个小时以上。
  • 4.大白菜腌制的过程中,我们处理辅料
  • 5.韭菜切段,胡萝卜、梨子、苹果切丝,生姜、大蒜切末备用。
  • 6.取一个碗水加入2-3勺糯米粉,搅拌均匀
  • 7.锅中水烧开后,慢慢将糯米粉水加入锅中,慢慢搅拌至粘稠即可关火。
  • 8.将所有所有辅料装入一个大碗中,根据口味酌情加入辣椒粉和白糖,倒入少许糯米粉糊糊,搅拌均匀即可使用。
  • 9.开始腌制辣白菜,将每层叶帮上均匀抹上辅料。
  • 10.为了好装入瓶子我又把它们切碎了,可以直接将抹好的辣白菜装入饭盒内。放入冰箱冷藏。
