苹果蒜香烤虾趣——非常鲜香哦
昨晚做的这个烤虾,没想到我2岁的女儿出乎意外的非常喜欢吃,还没烤好时,她就守在烤箱边等着,一烤后她马上连吃了三只,吃完了还直喊“拿给我拿给我”,但是我烤少了,再给她吃就没法拍照啦。于是又炒了十几只虾给她,加了点生抽,和烤虾用剩下的苹果蒜蓉碎一起炒,味道非常棒,她一下子全部解决掉了,外婆说“宝宝好吃,幸亏妈妈会做”,嘿嘿,其实我不是会做,我只是爱学习做菜,毕竟看着我爱的人们吃的开心,我自己就更开心啦。

    Steps to make 苹果蒜香烤虾趣——非常鲜香哦

    • 1.主料:河虾。配料:青椒、红椒、葱、蒜、苹果、黄油、盐、料酒、黑胡椒。
    • 2.河虾洗净后剪去虾枪、虾须,在虾背上横着片一刀,深度约为虾肉的三分之二,注意不要切穿,然后挑出虾线,淋上料酒、少许盐腌制20分钟。
    • 3.将腌好的河虾串在竹签上(没有竹签也可以不穿直接铺在垫了锡纸的烤盘上)。
    • 4.苹果、蒜瓣、青红椒、葱切成碎末,加少许盐和黑胡椒粉拌匀,再用微波炉稍微转一会直到黄油融化后拌匀待用。
    • 5.将苹果蒜蓉碎放在片开的虾背上。
    • 6.烤箱预热至180度,放入虾、大蒜,用上下火烘烤10-15分钟即可。
