蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝

  • 红辣椒1个
  • 鲜酱油1小勺

  • 蒜头6粒
  • 食用油少量

Steps to make 蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝

  • 1.扇贝清理干净(外壳也刷洗干净),一分为二。
  • 2.粉丝用温水泡软沥水备用。
  • 3.蒜头拍扁去皮洗净剁碎备用。
  • 4.用小刀把贝肉先取出。
  • 5.粉丝平铺每个贝壳上,并把贝肉放在粉丝上面。
  • 6.金银蒜里加入少量姜末、盐、糖、鲜酱油、蚝油及少许水拌匀(金银蒜做法见下面小贴士)。
  • 7.用勺子将调料均匀浇在每个贝肉上。
  • 8.锅里水大开后放入扇贝大火蒸6~8分钟左右,撒上少许葱花和红辣椒点缀即可出锅。
  • 9.美味。
