Steps to make 紫薯芋圆

  • 1.将紫薯扯底清洗干净后去皮
  • 2.切成薄片,越薄越好
  • 3.将步骤2铺于盘中摊开,放入蒸笼以大火蒸20分钟后取出备用
  • 4.将步骤3放入容器中捣碎,加入糖、加入粉、植物油拌匀,再慢慢加入水。搓揉均匀成团至不黏手
  • 5.再揉成适当大小的圆形长条,最后再切成约1.5公分宽的小块状备用
  • 6.将步骤5放入滚水中以中火煮约3~5分钟,当芋圆浮于水面上再煮约1分钟后,捞出沥干即可.煮好的圆子立刻放入冷开水(冰水更好)中过一会儿捞出,这样为了让芋圆的口感更Q弹爽滑。把龟苓膏切小块,圆子码好,倒入椰奶即可
