    • 1.准备的食材。
    • 2.糯米洗净泡5-6小时。
    • 3.蒸好的糯米饭。
    • 4.糯米饭用手或擀面杖揣黏后,加入少许的糯米粉花椒粉和盐。
    • 5.把揣好的糯米饭平铺在浅口方盘里压薄,放入冰箱冷藏。
    • 6.拿出切块。(要是冻硬了就在常温下回软)
    • 7.在油锅里炸至两面金黄即可。
