Steps to make 圣诞姜饼屋

  • 1.将需要的材料准备好
  • 2.牛奶加热,加入红糖和蜂蜜,搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入低粉,苏打粉,肉桂粉
  • 4.加入糖粉,拌匀
  • 5.黄油隔水加热成液态
  • 6.倒入混合物里,先用刮刀搅拌,再用手抓捏成团,
  • 7.整好的面团,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏松驰1个小时,
  • 8.台面上最好撒些高粉防粘,我的面团放时间长了,所以有点硬,不粘,没放粉,用擀面杖擀成约半厘米厚的长块,拿出之前画好的小屋棤型纸块,铺在饼皮上,按形状割好,
  • 9.放入烤盘里,用叉子扎一些孔,用来排气
