糖醋菠萝排骨

Steps to make 糖醋菠萝排骨

  • 1.排骨洗净,切块。
  • 2.焯水,去除血末。
  • 3.加入醋,腌制20分钟左右。
  • 4.将菠萝洗净,切小块,分成两份,一份浸泡在盐水中备用。
  • 5.将另外一份放入榨汁机中。
  • 6.榨成菠萝汁。
  • 7.在锅中烧热油,放入排骨,炸制金黄。
  • 8.将菠萝汁,番茄酱,糖,料酒,盐,生粉放入碗中,搅拌成均匀酱汁。
  • 9.姜切片。
  • 10.热锅冷油,放入姜片爆香,倒入酱汁炒制均匀有光泽。
  • 11.放入排骨翻炒均匀。
  • 12.放入菠萝块翻炒均匀即可。
