看到好多朋友都在微信晒烤肉吃,那个赤裸裸的诱惑哪,嘟嘟也好想去吃哦,但宝宝最近闹得实在厉害,这一带出门闹得就更加没边了,没办法,嘟嘟最后只得在家吃烤肉了,特地去菜场买了块子排回家,这样在家也同样能享受到烤肉店里的美味啦···

  • 黄豆酱30g

Steps to make 酱烤排骨

  • 1.子排洗净
  • 2.用牙签在排骨肉多的那一面均匀的多扎一些小孔出来
  • 3.翻面,在每根骨头中间划上一刀,但不要划断
  • 4.把排骨放入盆中
  • 5. 将叉烧酱、烧烤酱、黄豆酱倒入碗中,搅拌均匀
  • 6.将酱料倒在子排上,并均匀的给它按摩一下
  • 7.表面封好保鲜膜,腌制1个半小时
  • 8.蒸锅放足冷水,把排骨放入锅中,大火烧开转中小火,45分钟,蒸至能用筷子轻松穿透排骨肉即可
  • 9.烤盘铺好锡纸,倒入色拉油抹匀
  • 10.排骨骨头那面向上放入烤盘,淋入蒸排骨的汤汁,送入烤箱,200度,中层,烤15分钟,翻面,再刷些许的汤汁,继续烤15分钟,烤至表面金黄即可···
