    Steps to make 炸酱面

    • 1.将老抽和豆瓣酱倒入一个碗中(我所做的是一个人的为份量,大家可以根据面的多少来掌握),加入适量的清水搅拌均匀;将葱、蒜切成末备用,黄瓜洗净切丝备用,瘦猪肉切末备用。
    • 2.炒锅内倒入比炒菜多一些的食用油,油热后将备好的葱末放入翻炒约半分钟左右后。
    • 3.倒入猪肉末,翻炒至变色脱生。
    • 4.随之倒入条配好的酱,改用小火慢慢翻炒5分钟(以炒出浓浓黏黏的汁来为佳),盛出备用。
    • 5.煮面条。
    • 6.煮熟后将面条浸入冷开水中洗出热气。
    • 7.捞出后盛入碗中。
    • 8.把黄瓜丝和蒜末撒到面条上再浇上超好的炸酱搅拌均匀即可。(也可以放点醋)
