Steps to make 莲藕肉丸

  • 1.莲藕去皮洗净,切小块。
  • 2.放入绞肉机中打碎,不用打的太碎。
  • 3.猪肉也放绞肉机打成肉馅,猪肉馅和藕的比例大概1:1,猪肉稍微少点也可以。
  • 4.肉馅中加入生抽,老抽,蚝油,鸡精,料酒,十三香,盐,葱末,姜末,适量淀粉和一个鸡蛋,搅拌上劲。
  • 5.取一个胡萝卜,切薄片摆在盘子里。
  • 6.把肉馅团成丸子放在胡萝卜片上,锅中加入适量水,大火烧开,把丸子放入锅中蒸二十分钟。
  • 7.丸子蒸好以后取出盘子,把盘子里的汁倒入炒锅中,汤汁少可以再加点水,加入生抽和蚝油,烧开煮一会。
  • 8.最后加入小葱花和红椒末,水淀粉勾芡,汤汁变浓稠后浇在丸子上。
