海绵蛋糕也有的叫它老式蛋糕,就是我们以前小时候吃的那种鸡蛋糕,制作的时候蛋黄和蛋清不用分享也有叫它全蛋蛋糕,应该算是蛋糕中制作简单、用料原始的蛋糕了。现在吃的花样太多了,有时都把它忽略了,偶尔还是蛮怀念它的味道,时不时还是会做上一些,经过几次的调试,总算总结出了一个越来越简单好记的配方了,一步步来基本不会失败。

  • 1.准备好所需的材料
  • 2.鸡蛋打入干净的无油无水的盆里。
  • 3.加入细砂糖。
  • 4.打发至浓稠状,提起打蛋器可以看到明显的痕迹。
  • 5.过筛入面粉、加入色拉油。
  • 6.切拌均匀。
  • 7.将蛋糊倒入保鲜袋。
  • 8.挤入蛋糕纸托9分满,6连模圆杯尺寸7.1*3.0cm,纸托5.2mm*3.0mm。
  • 9.烤箱提前170度预热2分钟,放入烤箱中下层,上下火170度16分钟。
  • 10.烤好的小蛋糕
