玫瑰烟熏鸡
此做法源于【12道锋味】看到的,现在复原下,味道不错噢!很是有成就感,虽然算不上专业的,但烹饪还是挺有趣的。这道菜需花的时间比较长(5小时),做的时候要有耐心噢!

  • 大蒜6段
  • 酱油200ml

Steps to make 玫瑰烟熏鸡

  • 1.整只鸡洗净 松骨 悬吊2小时
  • 2.按摩 让鸡肉更加松软 接着放鸡精、料酒抹均匀
  • 3.腌制2小时 待用
  • 4.先不需要开火 炒锅放入大蒜、蒜头、姜片、冰糖
  • 5.接着倒入200ml海天鲜味酱油 不需加水 因我买的不是咸的酱油
  • 6.再把整只鸡放入汤中 盖上盖 大火煮一个小时
  • 7.半个钟的时候 把鸡翻下身 接着煮 这样整只鸡才会入味
  • 8.煮好倒出鸡和汁 待用
  • 9.在干净锅里放入锡纸 把锡纸弄成一个浴帽 (这样材料熏出来的味才集中 ) 接着放入米、玫瑰、红茶和红糖 最后加少许的水
  • 10.再架子放上鸡 中火熏8分钟 这样出锅的鸡皮才会脆和香!
