西瓜是我家夏天必备的水果,西瓜消烦止渴,解暑热,疗咽喉肿痛,宽中下气,利尿,止血痢银酒毒。每天孩子放学回家都要喝上一杯清凉的西瓜汁。西瓜好吃不能多吃,伤脾助湿之害处。正好最近买了一些野生银耳,真的很好,煮了一会儿就汤汁就很粘稠了,银耳也非常软烂。今天用这野生银耳做了一道清热解暑,滋补生津,润肺养胃的甜品‘冰糖银耳西瓜盅。银耳,又称白木耳、雪耳、银耳子等,有“菌中之冠”的美称。既是名贵的营养滋补佳品,又是扶正强壮的补药。既有补脾开胃的功效,又有益气清肠的作用,还可以滋阴润肺。另外,银耳还能增强人体免疫力,以及增强肿瘤患者对放、化疗的耐受力。

Steps to make 冰糖银耳西瓜盅

  • 1.准备好所用食材。
  • 2.将银耳用清水泡至1小时。
  • 3.把泡发的银耳冲洗干净,撕成小朵。
  • 4.把西瓜 瓤和皮分开。
  • 5.西瓜瓤切成小块,放入冰箱冷藏备用。
  • 6. 西瓜皮洗净,切成小块。
  • 7.银耳和西瓜皮同时放入汤锅中。
  • 8. 加入清水和冰糖。
  • 9. 大火烧开,转小火。
  • 10.煮至银耳软烂汤汁粘稠。
  • 11.稍凉后,去掉西瓜皮后盛入小盅中。
  • 12.加入冷藏的西瓜瓤丁即可
