韩式海鲜葱饼
说是海鲜葱饼其实只用了基围虾一种海鲜,但是因为料放得很足,味道真的非常棒,粒粒虾仁看得见,表面打上纯正的土鸡蛋,煎出的饼颜色金黄,样子和味道都非常诱人,小葱特有的味道配上虾仁的鲜,真是太美味啦!

  • 低筋面粉60g

  • 小葱一小把
  • 红尖椒两个
  • 土鸡蛋两个

Steps to make 韩式海鲜葱饼

  • 1.准备好活的基围虾,或者速冻虾仁也可以,还省事儿;
  • 2.基围虾剥掉虾壳,抽调虾线,洗净、切小丁,加适量胡椒粉,一点点料酒和盐抓匀;
  • 3.小葱洗净,切断,红尖椒洗净,切斜段;
  • 4.60g低粉(也可以用普通面粉)中加入100g清水和适量的盐,搅拌成均匀细腻的面糊;
  • 5.打两个土鸡蛋(土鸡蛋个头小所以打两个,一般鸡蛋打一个即可),加一点点盐搅拌均匀备用;
  • 6.不粘锅上火,倒入薄薄一层烹调油,油稍微热一下后放葱段进去开中小火微煎;
  • 7.倒入面糊;
  • 8.虾仁均匀的放在面糊上;
  • 9.倒上蛋液,
  • 10.鸡蛋上放上红尖椒;
  • 11.一面煎熟后翻面将另一面煎熟;
  • 12.倒出海鲜饼稍微冷却一下切片食用;
  • 13.可以根据个人喜好蘸酱汁吃,个人觉得原汁原味最鲜美;
