豆沙莲蓉月饼
自己家有烤箱就是方便想吃什么就做什么,想什么时候吃月饼都行哈哈 朋友传神这馅好吃不得了,受不住诱惑的我在双十一正好打折的时候买了点莲蓉馅和豆沙馅, 孩子说想吃月饼,正好来试试馅好不好吃,

  • 转化糖浆80克
  • 花生油25克
  • 吉士粉10克
  • 蛋黄7个

Steps to make 豆沙莲蓉月饼

  • 1.自己腌的蛋黄,底下铺一层盐放入蛋黄再铺上盐密封即可
  • 2. 我腌了8小时,怕腌太久了咸,取出将盐洗干净
  • 3.用油泡一会
  • 4.转化糖浆+枧水+花生油混合均匀,搅久点哦,一定要融合在一起
  • 5.过筛所有的粉。这里加了吉士粉,是大师教的哦据说加了不裂,没有可以不加,没加吉士粉糖浆75克就行
  • 6.揉均匀
  • 7.莲蓉馅加蛋黄是70克,豆沙馅一样,馅包上蛋黄皮是30克
  • 8.皮包上馅
  • 9.滚上一圈干粉,揉匀
  • 10.模里像这样倒点干粉然后将干粉倒出
  • 11.压成的月饼
  • 12.做好喷点水至没干粉,烤箱提前预热180度
  • 13.烤五分钟取出刷薄薄一层蛋黄,再烤25分钟左右因为这是一百克的月饼比较大所以烤久点
  • 14.烤好出炉
  • 15.这是第三天的,剩两个了
  • 16.这要包装上送人是不是看起来高大上
