时蔬盐烤秋刀鱼
秋刀鱼的最佳吃法,还是烤着吃,不需要太多调味料,只有盐、黑胡椒调味,已经非常香,搭配蔬菜和柠檬汁,可以解腻。

Steps to make 时蔬盐烤秋刀鱼

  • 1.秋刀鱼是冷冻的,先化冻
  • 2.不要刨开鱼肚子,在鱼下身的地方用剪子剪断,从鱼鳃处用筷子把鱼肠子掏出来,保持鱼不破肚,烤的时候不会变形;
  • 3.在鱼的反正面都切上斜刀,放入长盘子里;
  • 4.撒盐、撒现磨的黑胡椒;
  • 5.鱼的两面都撒上盐和黑胡椒,用手抹匀,腌渍10分钟;
  • 6.准备蔬菜,土豆去皮与胡萝卜青椒洗净;
  • 7.土豆胡萝卜切片,青椒切丝;
  • 8.把鱼换到烤盘中,先入预热200度的烤箱中,先烤8分钟左右;
  • 9.拿出烤盘,在鱼身上抹适量的油,无味的油就可以;
  • 10.鱼反过来,再抹上油;
  • 11.摆上蔬菜,撒少许的盐和现磨的黑胡椒;
  • 12.再次放入烤箱里,200度,中层,10-15分钟即可;
  • 13.到时取出,撒点柠檬汁即可开吃。
