Steps to make 腊味合蒸

  • 1.准备材料:腊鸭腿一个四川血粑粑一包(蒸了一个)生姜一块。
  • 2.腊鸭腿和血粑粑先入锅煮15分钟至鸭腿半熟。
  • 3.煮好后捞起浸冷水一分钟(1是可为防片时烫手,2是为了让肉更紧致吃起来更有筋道)。
  • 4.腊鸭腿、血粑粑一个和生姜分别切块。
  • 5.盘中先放腊鸭腿肉垫底,上面再铺上血粑粑片。
  • 6.最后在血粑粑片上面盖上鸭腿肉,撒上生姜片即可入锅蒸。
  • 7.冷水上锅蒸,15分钟即可。
