燕麦虾仁蛋卷
这款蛋卷非常受家人喜爱,做法沿用中式的家常煎鸡蛋饼,鸡蛋香味的面饼中夹杂着虾仁,是非常不错的早餐主食,因为又添加了燕麦,所以也营养又美味。
制作时可以不用装饰虾仁,不过小朋友都会非常喜欢类似的造型。还可以在面糊中添加少量的葱花等个人喜欢的食材。

Steps to make 燕麦虾仁蛋卷

  • 1.原料备用。
  • 2.面粉和Myllyn Para即食燕麦片倒入大容器中。
  • 3.搅拌均匀。
  • 4.虾仁剁碎。
  • 5.剁碎的虾仁和鸡蛋加入面粉中。
  • 6.加入适量的水,搅拌成面糊。
  • 7.不粘平底锅烧热,倒入适量的油,舀入一勺面糊。
  • 8.用锅铲使面糊均匀的覆盖锅底。
  • 9.小火加热,蛋饼成型后翻面,饼熟即可出锅,卷起后切段装盘。
  • 10.另装饰焯水的虾仁,用牙签在顶部固定即可食用。
