Steps to make 蒜蓉上海青

  • 1.将上海青整棵洗净,菜梗与菜叶切两段。
  • 2.锅中烧开水,加少许食盐和几滴食用油,将菜梗放锅中焯水。
  • 3.捞出投凉。
  • 4.菜叶也放锅中焯水。
  • 5.捞出,将叶子摆盘。
  • 6.将菜梗修剪一下,拨开成花开型,放叶子上面。
  • 7.将香菇红椒蒜头洗净。
  • 8.均切成沫。
  • 9.热锅热油下入香菇红椒蒜沫爆香。
  • 10.将蚝油生抽和淀粉加适量清水调成芡汁。
  • 11.倒入锅中勾芡。
  • 12.将芡汁浇到青菜花上即可。
