和风牛柳
自从发现沙拉汁不仅仅可以拌,还可以用来炒菜之后,顿时兴趣大增。炒过鸡丁,接着再来个牛柳。参照着丘比食谱,稍加篡改:不仅用沙拉汁炒菜,还用沙拉汁腌肉。而操作方式则与一般炒菜无异。
最后成果看起来好像也是不错,起码没有太糟糕。至于这个味道怎么样,就得看各人喜好了。不一定特别出彩,但也不会难吃。。。。

Steps to make 和风牛柳

  • 1.用料:牛里脊65克,青椒20克,胡萝卜20克,丘比日式沙拉汁25毫升,淀粉少许,油适量,黑胡椒粉少许,姜蒜末适量
  • 2.胡萝卜青椒分别洗净切丝,
  • 3.牛肉洗净切条。
  • 4.加入淀粉,一半黑胡椒粉一半沙拉汁,
  • 5.拌匀,腌制30分钟。
  • 6.锅烧热,倒油,
  • 7.放入牛肉拨散,
  • 8.翻炒至变色,出锅,
  • 9.锅中留低油,烧热,加入姜蒜末炒香,
  • 10.放入胡萝卜青椒,翻炒均匀。
  • 11.加入剩下的沙拉汁翻炒,
  • 12.炒至断生。
  • 13.加入牛肉,炒匀。
  • 14.加入剩下的黑胡椒粉,
  • 15.翻炒均匀,熄火。
  • 16.出锅,装盘。
