芒果布丁
夏日的高温还有预热,趁着现在吃点凉爽的东西不错。做了芒果布丁,其实就是慕斯的那种,只是没有了蛋糕或者饼干底,吃起来是一样的。

  • 芒果肉200g
  • 淡奶油110g
  • 牛奶60g
  • 柠檬汁5g
  • 芒果丁少许
  • 糖粉20g
  • 吉利丁片10g

Steps to make 芒果布丁

  • 1.芒果取果肉
  • 2.放入搅拌机中打成泥
  • 3.倒入盆中
  • 4.加入柠檬汁拌匀
  • 5.吉利丁片泡软后捞出
  • 6.牛奶中加入糖粉拌匀,小火加热,温热即可
  • 7.将吉利丁片加入吧,关火拌匀
  • 8.倒入之前的芒果泥中拌匀冰箱冷藏
  • 9.淡奶油打发到稍微浓稠即可
  • 10.混合两者。
  • 11.装入杯中,冷藏30分钟以上加芒果丁装饰,继续冷藏3小时以上即可
