  • 莜麦粒25g
  • 动物性黄油30g
  • 牛奶55g
  • 蔓越莓25g
  • 红糖30g
  • 泡打粉2g
  • 精盐1g

  • 1.食材准备好
  • 2.将红糖隔热,莜麦粒压成麦片及碎粒备用
  • 3.将盐、泡打粉、低筋面及莜历粉合混在一起,拌均匀
  • 4.加入已融化的红糖
  • 5.室温软化的黄油粒
  • 6.加入牛奶,
  • 7.加入压碎的莜麦粒
  • 8.加入切碎的蔓越莓干碎,
  • 9.拌匀成团好,
  • 10.放进保鲜袋里,放冰箱冷藏1小时以上,
  • 11.和好的面团做成2CM厚的饼皮,用自己喜欢的模具压出饼干,放进披萨烤盘中,
  • 12.预热烤箱170度,烤箱设到3号蛋糕键,上下火20分钟,就可以了。这个可以按自己家的烤箱情况调整。
  • 13.营养美味看得见哦,放冷后,就收入饼干盒里密封,尽快吃完。
