Steps to make 百香果牛奶布丁

  • 1.冷冻的百香果,室温下溶化备用。百香果放冰箱冷冻室保存,随用随取。
  • 2.把鸡蛋,牛奶,淡奶油,淀粉混合搅拌均匀。
  • 3.用漏勺过滤到烤碗里。
  • 4.烤箱中层,烤盘放1厘米厚的水量,放入布丁液,170度,30分钟左右。
  • 5.烤好后取出,表面淋上百香果汁即可。
  • 6.成品图。
