    Steps to make 香辣地软豆腐包

    • 1.面粉加发酵粉,糖,用温水和成团一点的面团,发酵至两倍大小。
    • 2.地软提前浸泡软后洗净备用。

    • 8.粉条改刀切小段,拌入老抽上色,带入锅中继续搅拌。
    • 9.加盐和蚝油调味,关火晾凉。
    • 10.醒好的面搓条改刀同等大小的剂子擀皮。
    • 11.放入适量豆腐馅包起来。
    • 12.依次包好放入笼屉中。
    • 13.冷水上锅上气后蒸二十分钟,关火虚蒸五分钟。
