  • 1.莲藕和雪梨洗干净。
  • 2.准备辅料。
  • 3.莲藕去皮用刀切成花的形状。

  • 5.砂锅加水,将洗干净的红枣、老红糖和老冰糖放进去大火煮开转小火煮3分钟。
  • 6.将切好的莲藕放进去小火煮10分钟。
  • 7.雪梨放进去小火煮5分钟左右。
  • 8.枸杞放进去煮2分钟关火撒上桂花。
  • 9.盛入碗中开吃。
