Steps to make 彩椒烤鸡串

  • 1.将鸡腿肉去骨, 先一刀削开, 再沿着骨头将肉踢下;
  • 2.把鸡腿肉切成两厘米见方的块状;
  • 3.装入碗中,倒入适量盐、大蒜、料酒、酱油、蚝油和姜片;
  • 4. 戴上一次性手套抓均匀,腌制2个小时左右;
  • 5..青椒一个、红黄彩椒各半个,洗净切成2厘米左右的块状;剥好大蒜备用;
  • 6.准备好竹签,把各种食材串成什锦串,根据个人喜好完全穿成鸡串准备好;
  • 7. 将刚才腌制的调料刷在串好的肉串上,再在上面刷层油;
  • 8. 刷层黑胡椒碎;
  • 9.撒些芝麻, 放入预热好190度烤箱中,烤制10分钟拿出;
  • 10.再重复上面动作一遍,再烤十分钟;
  • 11.美味的彩椒烤鸡肉串就出炉了。
