美食天下专属蛋糕卷
最近迷上彩绘蛋糕卷,各式的美丽花纹做到随心所欲不容易啊,现在慢慢上手了,随便写个字画个画在上面挺好玩的。来到美食天下,我的艺术天份都给激发起来了,以此蛋糕感谢美食天下让我迅速成长!(大家都会说这是讨好之作,哈哈有点,不过也是发自内心的感谢)然后就由我儿子代你们吃啦!今天的蛋糕卷夹了香蕉当内馅,也非常好吃哦!

  • 低粉80g
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 细砂糖30g(蛋清打发)
  • 色拉油40ml
  • 60ml
  • 可可粉2g
  • 食用红色素1小滴
  • 玉米淀粉1小勺
  • 柠檬汁2滴
  • 香蕉2根

Steps to make 美食天下专属蛋糕卷

  • 1.准备材料,蛋清蛋黄分离(取4个蛋清,3个蛋黄)
  • 2.蛋黄加入35g细砂糖,用打蛋器打至发泡,再依次加入水、色拉油,滴2滴柠檬汁搅拌均匀
  • 3.蛋黄糊中筛入低粉和半小勺的玉米淀粉
  • 4.用打蛋器打成均匀的流线面糊
  • 5.蛋白分二次加入细砂糖30g,用打蛋器打发
  • 6.再加入剩下的半小勺玉米淀粉打至湿性发泡
  • 7.取三分之一打发好的蛋白,放入蛋黄糊中翻拌均匀
  • 8.再将拌好的面糊倒回剩余三分之二蛋白中,翻拌成细腻蛋糕糊
  • 9.取两小份蛋糕糊,加一点点低粉,再各自加入一滴红色素和可可粉,拌成有色面糊
  • 10.将拌好的有色面糊装入裱花袋,尖角剪一小口
  • 11.烤盘上铺油纸,上面刷层油,拿裱花袋描绘美食天下的图案,然后放入预热好170°的烤箱1.5分钟拿出
  • 12.将剩下的面糊倒入烤盘
  • 13.用力震出大气泡,放入预热好170的烤箱,上下火,烤17分钟左右。
  • 14.烤好的蛋糕片马上倒扣防回缩,趁热撕去油纸
  • 15.再倒过来,刷上自己爱吃的酱
  • 16.香蕉剥皮,分成两段,摆放在蛋糕上
  • 17.慢慢卷起来,用纸包起来放冰箱冷藏定型即可
