  • 开水450克
  • 猪五花肉200克

Steps to make 莜面栲栳栳

  • 1.准备莜面。
  • 2.莜麦面放入容器中,在上面直接倒入开水,用筷子或擀面杖搅成絮状。
  • 3.晾至不烫手时用手揉搓成均匀的莜麦面团。
  • 4.将莜麦面团搓条。
  • 5.分割成剂子,每个剂子用手分别搓圆。
  • 6.取一个剂子放到不锈钢板上,用手的大鱼际按住向前推抹,成为舌状的薄面片。
  • 7.取下面片搭在食指上。
  • 8.使面片缠绕在食指上,卷成中间空的小卷。
  • 9.竖在蒸笼里,依次摆放,入蒸锅,水开后蒸10分钟即可。
  • 10.将五花肉的肥瘦肉分开,分别切成薄片。炒锅中加油,将肥肉放入烧热的油锅,不断搅拌翻炒。反复翻炒至肥肉出油。炒锅中加油
