Steps to make 叉烧烤肉串

  • 1.猪肉和洋葱分别切块备用。
  • 2.将红腐乳、酱油、细糖、五香粉、豆瓣酱拌匀调成叉烧酱。
  • 3.将猪肉切小块,放入叉烧酱腌制1h。
  • 4.将腌制好的猪肉和洋葱穿在烧烤签子上。
  • 5.清水加热倒入麦芽糖混合均匀成麦芽糖水。
  • 6.将穿好的肉串,表面刷麦芽糖水后送入机器烤制。
  • 7.送入机器烤制18min,即可。
