Steps to make 酱油味的花生小饼干

  • 1.准备食材:花生油150克低筋面粉400克花生碎50克小苏打6克六月鲜12克轻盐蜂蜜红烧酱油(老抽)50毫升水50毫升。
  • 2.将150克花生油倒入料理盆中。
  • 3.倒入50毫升老抽(六月鲜12克轻盐蜂蜜红烧酱油)。
  • 4.6克小苏打用50克水化开。
  • 5.将酱油和花生油搅拌均匀使其完全融合。
  • 6.将化开的小苏打水倒入料理盆。
  • 7.搅拌均匀,这样可以让小苏打混合面粉时更均匀。
  • 8.倒入过筛后的400克低筋面粉。
  • 9.放入50克花生碎。
  • 10.将所有食材翻拌均匀至没有干粉可以揉成团。
  • 11.取15克面团做成自己喜欢的造型,个人比较懒,就做了最简单的普通造型,一口一个比较方便。
  • 12.将做好造型的饼干放在烤盘上,烤箱170℃20分钟,烤好取出放凉。
  • 13.一口一个,一捏就碎超级酥松。
