  • 纯牛奶250g
  • 吉利丁片15g(2片半)
  • 奶油150g
  • 备注:布丁瓶150ml3瓶

Steps to make 巧克力布丁

  • 1.准备:纯牛奶、奶油、吉利丁片、巧克力、糖
  • 2.吉利丁片放入凉水里泡软
  • 3.在煮锅里倒入小瓶纯牛奶的一半(一般小瓶是250g)。用小瓶的比较好掌握量。
  • 4.奶油是纯牛奶的3/1量
  • 5.放入适量白糖(最好品尝一下,不用太甜)备注:新手之前可以一直不开火,放入白糖后再开火。煮到白糖融化即可,无需煮开。)
  • 6.煮好后关火,放入泡软的吉利丁片
  • 7.稍微纳凉以后倒入布丁瓶中,放入冰箱冷冻室1个小时转冷藏室。备注:个人感觉冷冻室凝固比冷藏室快。液体只倒入瓶子的一半或3/2
  • 8.重新在煮锅里倒入小瓶纯牛奶的剩下一半
  • 9.奶油是纯牛奶的3/1量
  • 10.放入适量白糖(最好品尝一下,不用太甜)备注:新手之前可以一直不开火,放入白糖后再开火。煮到白糖融化即可,无需煮开。)
  • 11.放入巧克力,加热使其融化。
  • 12.煮好后关火,放入泡软的吉利丁片
  • 13.稍微纳凉以后将巧克力液倒入布丁瓶中,放入冰箱冷冻室1个小时转冷藏室。
  • 14.食用时提前从冰箱拿出纳凉即可
