提拉米苏(软身版)
很久没有做的提拉米苏,有点想念了!今天在家做了软身版的,把它放在杯子里吃起来很方便!

Details of ingredients

  • 马斯卡彭芝士250克
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 砂糖60克
  • 淡奶油120克
  • 手指饼干6个
  • 咖啡酒80ml
  • 柠檬汁0.5匙
  • 可可粉1勺

Steps to make 提拉米苏(软身版)

  • 1.将蛋黄和细砂糖放入盆里
  • 2.隔热水加热,不断搅拌至砂糖融化颜色发白
  • 3.另一盆里加入马斯卡彭芝士,用搅拌器打松
  • 4.将蛋黄糊和马斯卡彭一起混合
  • 5.搅拌均匀成芝士糊
  • 6.将淡奶油打发至7成发,不要打太硬
  • 7.将打发好的淡奶油与芝士糊混合
  • 8.搅拌均匀成芝士奶糊备用
  • 9.小碗里加入咖啡酒
  • 10.取一手指饼干在咖啡酒里快速浸泡,铺在杯子底部
  • 11.倒入一部分混合好的芝士奶糊,再铺上一层泡过咖啡酒的手指饼干
  • 12.再倒入适量芝士奶糊,抹平后加盖放入冰箱冷藏4小时以上
  • 13.吃之前从冰箱拿出表面撒上可可粉
  • 14.提拉米苏完成
