Steps to make 紫藤花吐司

  • 1.将中种面团的原料混合均匀后,冷藏发酵1个晚上。
  • 2.主面团的原料。
  • 3.中种面团切成小块,与主面团的面包粉,清水,白糖,奶粉,耐高糖酵母,一起放入厨师机中,进行和面。
  • 4.面粉成团时,加入盐,继续和面。
  • 5.面团光滑时,加入黄油,继续和面。
  • 6.面团可以拉出结实的薄膜时,取出,整理成团,放盆中室温发酵2倍大小。
  • 7.面团排气,均分6个等份,揉圆,静置10分钟。
  • 8.取一个面团,擀开,拍出面片里的小气泡。
  • 9.翻面,底部按薄,撒上紫藤花,然后卷起来。
  • 10.收好封口。
  • 11.三个一组放入吐司盒中,入烤箱发酵。
  • 12.发酵至9分满时,表面撒紫藤花,入烤箱烘烤,上火170度,下火180度,烤35分钟即可出炉晾凉。
  • 13.紫藤花吐司做好啦。
