盘阳饼
盘阳饼流传于河南,是北方的特色面食。其双面颜色金黄,表皮酥脆、口感暄软香甜、一圈圈的独特造型、可以撕着吃,凉了也不硬。

  • 普通面粉500g
  • 大豆油20g(可放其他油)
  • 酵母5g
  • 泡打粉5g
  • 奶粉25g
  • 温水280g
  • 白糖45g

Steps to make 盘阳饼

  • 1.面粉中加入泡打粉混合均匀。
  • 2.将奶粉,白糖、酵母粉放至温水中搅拌均匀。
  • 3.和成光滑的面团盖盖饧15分钟。
  • 4.再揉匀面团饧5分钟,不必饧发状态。
  • 5.将面团取出揉至光滑。
  • 6.适量面粉倒入适量热油搅拌均匀至晾凉。
  • 7.将面擀成长方形,均匀的抹上油酥。
  • 8.从一侧卷起至筒状。
  • 9.切成均匀的片状。
  • 10.装入模具中盖膜保湿,进行饧发。
  • 11.饧发至松软饱满的状态。
  • 12.将饼坯放入电饼铛中烙制。
  • 13.翻面烙制双面金黄颜色即可。
  • 14.第一锅盘阳饼出锅。
  • 15.第一次做盘阳饼,效果还不错。
  • 16.盘阳饼一圈圈的,均匀的层次可以撕着吃。
