  • 小龙虾1000g
  • 3茶匙
  • 鸡粉2茶匙
  • 八角3个
  • 桂皮2片
  • 香叶3片
  • 料酒5ml
  • 茶油2ml
  • 花椒5g
  • 老抽2茶匙
  • 各少许
  • 食用油300ml
  • 干辣椒10g
  • 水淀粉5ml

Steps to make 湖南特色口味虾

  • 1.小龙虾去头壳,虾脑虾肠,洗净待用(清洗时适量倒入一些盐,这样不仅可以杀菌还可以清洗一些污垢)
  • 2.干辣椒洗净切段,红紫苏洗净切段,葱姜蒜洗净,切成姜片,葱段葱花,蒜末待用。
  • 3.用油起锅
  • 4.倒入葱姜蒜爆香。
  • 5.倒入豆瓣酱,花椒,干辣椒炒香。
  • 6.倒入紫苏煸香
  • 7.倒入洗净的小龙虾爆炒均匀,放入盐,白糖,耗油,料酒炒匀。
  • 8.注入适量清水倒入八角,桂皮,香叶,鸡粉,老抽,油泼辣子,孜然粉煮至30分钟制起入味。
  • 9.倒入茶油,水淀粉,葱花,翻炒稍稍浓稠。
  • 10.装盘即可。
