最近疯狂的迷上了裱花蛋糕,第二个作品,看起来比第一个好些了,可是裱花的时候还是手抖,淡奶油非常容易化,我想经过努力我会进步的!加油!

  • 奶油霜300g

  • 1.做好奶油霜裱花冷藏
  • 2.粉色的也做些
  • 3.准备戚风蛋糕一个,从中间切开
  • 4.淡奶油加糖粉打发
  • 5.打发到七八分即可
  • 6.草莓洗净切小块
  • 7.铺上一层淡奶油,放上草莓丁
  • 8.放上另外一片蛋糕,再放上较多的奶油开始抹面
  • 9.抹面是硬伤啊,我怎么也抹不平,看来要多多练习啊
  • 10.把奶油霜花装饰在蛋糕表面即可,并用巧克力笔写上生日快乐!
  • 11.很有成就感的感觉,虽然手艺还不咋地,嘻嘻
