Steps to make 雪梨藕粉羹

  • 1.食材:雪梨 半个,藕粉 10克。
  • 2.雪梨切块,上锅蒸5分钟。>>已经吃过常温梨,肠胃消化没问题,就不需要上锅蒸了。
  • 3.藕粉放碗中,倒少许凉白开,搅匀,看不见藕粉颗粒。>>一点凉白开,能化开藕粉即可。
  • 4.用90度以上热水冲泡,边冲边搅拌。水得足够热才能将藕粉泡成透明黏糊状。
  • 5.马上呈现浓稠的透明状。
  • 6.将雪梨丁放入搅匀,待温热即可食用。
  • 7.6-8个月宝宝将雪梨丁打成雪梨泥再加进去哦。
  • 8.这样的辅食适合6个月—11个月宝宝,还可以做1岁以上孩子和成人的早餐糊。
