Steps to make 香辣肉酱

  • 1.红辣椒
  • 2.花生米
  • 3.猪肉(也可用牛肉)
  • 4.东古大酱(或葱伴侣大酱)
  • 5.红尖椒去蒂切小丁(也可用插板插)
  • 6.锅中放油(油多一些).花生米过油,备用
  • 7.将里肌肉切成小肉丁(大小随自己喜欢),炒熟备用。
  • 8.将辣椒炒熟。
  • 9.将辣椒水分炒干(重量大约是初始的2/3)。
  • 10.辣椒炒好后,再放入豆瓣酱、肉丁、花生米,一起炒匀出锅即可。
  • 11.注意:炒制过程中千万不要加水,炒熟后油要漫过材料。利于储存。如果口重者,可以再多加盐.
  • 12.可伴饭吃,也可用于过水面(或热汤面)做酱料,还可做大酱汤料。
  • 13.放入保鲜盒,存放在冰箱内,可以放置10-15天。
