Steps to make 香煎日本鳕鱼

  • 1.鳕鱼清洗干净,擦干水份。
  • 2.两面撒上盐和百里香,腌10-15分钟。
  • 3.百里香干料。(新鲜的也行。)
  • 4.不粘锅刷少许油,把鱼放入,大火煎至金黄。(鳕鱼煎的过程中会出油,所以刷少许油即可。)
  • 5.翻面继续煎,煎至熟透即可。
  • 6.鳕鱼肉比较嫩,翻面要小心,容易散架。
  • 7.外脆肉嫩,百里香配啥肉都很搭。
