Steps to make 冬瓜海带猪骨汤

  • 1.备好食材:冬瓜、海带、猪骨;
  • 2.猪骨用清水反复清洗后,再用清水浸泡30分钟;海带用清水泡发;
  • 3.洗干净的猪骨放入锅里,倒入清水,放入姜片、花椒、料酒,大火煮开转中小火煮5分钟;
  • 4.捞出猪骨,用流动清水冲洗干净;
  • 5.将猪骨,姜片,大葱段放入炖盅,一次加足清水,再放点白醋;
  • 6.接通电源,启动“煲汤”程序;
  • 7.冬瓜去皮,洗净切块;
