Steps to make 迷彩戚风蛋糕

  • 1.准备好所用的材料。
  • 2.将牛奶、玉米油、细糖搅拌至糖融化。
  • 3.加入过筛的低筋面粉,翻拌均匀。
  • 4.加入蛋黄,充分搅拌均匀至细腻的状态。
  • 5.面糊分成4份,1份原味,另外3份分别与可可粉,抹茶粉和竹碳粉拌匀。
  • 6.打发蛋白霜:蛋白加柠檬汁打至起粗泡后分3次加入细糖,蛋白霜打发至干性发泡。
  • 7.蛋白霜分成4份,分别与4份蛋黄糊翻拌均匀。
  • 8.4份面糊错开位置分次从高处倒入18CM中空蛋糕模具中,按住中孔震出大的气泡。
  • 9.烤箱提前上下火165度预热好,模具放入底层烤网烘烤约35分钟
  • 10. 蛋糕出炉震出热气后立即倒扣,待冷却后脱模即可。
