Steps to make 肉松面包卷

  • 1.成品图。
  • 2.制作方法:高筋面粉220克,白糖25克耐高糖酵母粉3克,淡奶油35克,全蛋液30克,牛奶85克,面包机启动和面。
  • 3.揉出粗糙手套膜,加入盐3克,黄油15克,面揉好,能拉出手细腻套膜即可。
  • 4.面团醒发一倍大,擀长片。放入模具中,用叉子来回叉洞,烘焙不鼓起。
  • 5.二次醒发2倍大,刷一层蛋液,撒适量葱花。
  • 6.撒适量火腿丁,芝麻。
  • 7.挤适量沙拉酱。
  • 8.烤箱提前预热,烤箱中下层上下火180度,烤18分钟温度仅供参考。
  • 9.取出放一会凉了。
  • 10.有余温,抹适量沙拉酱,撒适量肉松。
  • 11.从一边卷起,定型一会。
  • 12.用刀切小块。
  • 13.两端抹适量沙拉酱,蘸上肉松,即可食用。
