Steps to make 经典甜品----【杨枝甘露】

  • 1. 水煮开后加入西米,用煮20分钟后关火焖15分钟至西米无白点。
  • 2.把西米捞至冷水里。
  • 3.准备好芒果和红西柚,芒果半个捣成泥,半个切肉,红西柚半个取肉。
  • 4.准备好200ML椰浆,其实这些料放多少也可以根据你个人口味喜欢啦,不一定是多少。
  • 5.牛奶加椰浆煮开(甜度根据自己喜欢放糖)。放凉后放入西米。
  • 6.准备一个碗,放入西米椰浆奶,加入芒果泥,再加入芒果肉和红西柚肉。弄两个车厘子装饰一下即可。(这些材料可以先全部放入冰箱冷冻后再吃更爽口)
